Through our Direct Services model (Healthy Families Connection), the Center for Healthy Families provides both community – and school-based services to support giving birth to a healthy baby, graduating from high school, building healthy relationships, preventing/delaying subsequent pregnancies, obtaining secure and stable housing, and preparing for the workforce.
